CyberPatriot is a team that cadets have the opportunity to compete on. Practices are held weekly on Tuesdays from 3:00 to 5:00 PM. The competition puts teams of high school in the position of newly hired IT professionals tasked with managing the network of a small company. In the rounds of competition, teams are given a set of virtual images that represent operating systems and are tasked with finding cybersecurity vulnerabilities within the images. State competition winners may go on and qualify for the national round, which Mililani cadets narrowly missed the last two years (finished 2nd in the state).
